Job Role & Responsibilities 

  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with the Sellers.
  • Coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met.
  • Continue their assessment of a Seller’s needs and business objectives.
  • Help develop initiatives to increase Seller’s satisfaction and retention.
  • Responsible for all the phases of renewal sales process – proactively contacting Sellers with expiring contracts, generating renewal quotes, ensuring renewals are complete, and maintaining customer contact regularly throughout the year.
  • Manage a Seller’s projects from beginning to end.
  • Take a Sellers’s requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements.
  • Maintain high Seller’s retention rates through the development of strong relationships with customers.
  • Leverage the renewal activity to promote incremental product sales
  • Follow up with customers that do not respond within designated time frames
  • Flair knowledge of Client Servicing

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of Experience in Retention role especially from E-commerce
  • Should be well versed with Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.
  • Have excellent people skills and intuitive to customer’s business needs.
  • Be well-groomed and presentable.
  • Calmly deal with customer complaints and issues.
  • The ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Good PC and software skills.
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
